Noise Insulation Program
The Voluntary Noise Insulation Program
is a community benefit initiative that provides insulation support to
residences, educational facilities, and healthcare institutions affected by
aircraft noise around Antalya Airport.
The Program aims to reduce indoor noise
levels by insulating:
- Sleeping rooms in homes exposed to noise levels
above 60 dBA at night.
- Windows of educational and healthcare facilities
exposed to noise levels above 60 dBA during the day.
Who Can Apply?
Residences: Homes (both tenants and
homeowners) exposed to noise levels above 60 dBA during night hours
(23:00–07:00).
Educational and Healthcare Facilities:
Buildings exposed to noise levels above 60 dBA during daytime (07:00–19:00).
- Applications are
accepted only for buildings constructed before 5 January 2022.

Buildings constructed
before 31 May 2018 and households
including persons with disabilities are prioritized.

Eligibility & Map
Noise levels around the airport are
measured by independent acoustic experts and displayed on a “noise map”. These
maps indicate areas where noise levels exceed 60 dBA.
You can check your address using the
interactive noise map on the program website. If your address is currently
outside the noise boundary, you may become eligible later as the maps are
updated regularly.

Offices: If your neighborhood is within the noise map area, you can fill out
printed forms at the muhtarlık offices and drop them into the application
boxes. Boxes are checked regularly.
