Antalya Butterflies at Antalya Airport
The butterfly photographs in the book "Butterflies of Antalya", prepared by the Antalya Promotion Foundation (ATAV) with the mission of protecting the butterfly population and promoting the values of the city, meet with visitors at Fraport TAV Antalya Airport, the gateway of Antalya.
In order to show the butterfly population of Antalya, which is richer than many European countries in terms of butterfly diversity, Prof. Dr. Olcay Yeğin and his colleagues have collected information about the characteristics of the butterflies photographed and where they are found in the book Antalya Butterflies. Fraport TAV Antalya Airport, which supports the promotion of Antalya with its many activities, decorates the walls of the domestic and international terminals of the airport with photographs of Antalya butterflies and brings the beauties of Antalya to its passengers.
